Taco Bell Scholarship Review
The Taco Bell Scholarship is meant for students ages 16–26 who are pursuing higher education, preparing for the workforce, or using their passion to ignite change in their communities and beyond.
This is not needs or achievement-based; it is a passion-based scholarship scheme. Donations collected in U.S. Taco Bell restaurants via the Round-Up Program support Live Más Scholarships for Consumers, educational programming, and Community Grants.
Eligibility Requirrements
The Live Más Scholarship Program is open only to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:
- Applicants must be legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) located within the United States or D.C., or the dependent child of an active duty member of the U.S. military, who is at least 16 years of age and no older than 26 years of age
- Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational program located in the United States or D.C. (including accredited two- and four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical, and trade schools) and in good academic standing.
- Applicants must be willing to work with the Taco Bell Foundation’s Scholarship Management Company throughout the application and award process.
How to Enter
Submit a video (2 minutes or less in length) that answers the questions below:
- What is your passion, and how are you pursuing it or planning to pursue it?
- How do you plan to employ your passion to make your community, country, and/or world, etc. a better place?
- What is your education plan (education program, college, or certificate/degree program) and how will it assist you in pursuing your passion and creating a positive impact?
Once you’ve created your video, see our website during the application period and click “Apply.” Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out your details and upload your video.

How to Apply?
Submit an original video that narrates the story of your real, driving passion. It may be a short film, an animation, or just a simple testimonial.
Your video must be a maximum of 2 minutes (a minimum of 30 seconds in length) and no larger than 500 MB to ensure it’s simple to upload to the application. See the Terms & Conditions for extra application guidelines.
There will be one application, one selection, and one award period each year. Here are the set dates:
- Application period: November 1, 2024, to 5:00 p.m. PST on January 3, 2025
- Selection period: January 4, 2025 – April 23, 2025
- Notification period: Recipients will be notified on or about April 23, 2025
