Umbrella Scholarship – The Umbrella Scholarship is offered to students who fall under the scheduled tribe categories and are now enrolled in school in Arunachal Pradesh.
Only current ninth- and tenth-grade students enrolled in any government or central board school in Arunachal Pradesh will be eligible for this scholarship.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate needs to be an Arunachal Pradesh resident.
- Fall under the ST group.
Pre-Matric Scholarship:
- Students enrolled in Government, State, or Central board schools who are pursuing education in Classes 9 and 10 are eligible
- A family’s total annual income should not be more than INR 2,00,000.
- must not be receiving any additional funding from the federal government.
Post-Matric Scholarship
- Candidate must have completed upper secondary education or matriculation from an accredited university, college, or Board of Secondary Education.
- Expected to be pursuing education at the post-matriculation level (Class 11 and above).
- A family’s total annual income should not be more than INR 2,50,000.

Documents Required
Make sure the following legitimate documents are attached to your scholarship application:
- Passport-size photograph of the applicant
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) certificate attested by an authorized Revenue Officer.
- Income certificate of your parents or guardians
- Domicile certificate
