Overview of Dr Pepper Scholarship Program
Dr Pepper’s Tuition Giveaway Undergraduates who submit outstanding written and video presentations about their objectives and how they want to impact the world are recognized and rewarded with scholarships for tuition or loan reduction.
Eligibility Requirements
- This program is open to students aged 18 to 24 who are currently enrolled or plan to enroll in an approved two or four-year college or institution.
- Applicants must write an essay about their aims and how they intend to affect the world, including a 50-character introduction and a 350-character explanation.
- They must also submit one-minute movies describing how obtaining this tuition will change their lives, demonstrating their personalities, and outlining their academic goals.
- Based on these videos, finalists are chosen and invited to the championship games of five college football conferences.
- During halftime of those nationally televised games, the finalists from each match compete by attempting to hurl footballs into a goal.
- Each game has a champion, runner-up, and two consolation award recipients determined by the number of footballs thrown into the goal.
