E Kalyan Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are not eligible to apply for Jharkhand government scholarships unless they meet the following basic requirements:
- The student needs to live in Jharkhand.
- A student must fall under one of the following three categories: Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST), or Backward Class BC.
- Families with children shouldn’t make more money in a year than what is indicated here.
- Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST): Rs. 1,50,000 or Rs. 2,50,000 for the Backward Class (BC).
How to Apply Online for Jharkhand
- Start by clicking the direct link below or going to the official “E Kalyan” website.
- If this is your first online application, click the Scholarship Registration link to be taken to a new page.
- After filling out all the relevant fields, click the Register/Sign up link at the bottom to print the completed information.
- Click the Student Login link, enter your User Name and Password, complete the application by filling out all the needed fields, and print it off if you have already applied online and are doing it again.
- Before uploading the application and the other necessary files and selecting “Final Submit,” the printed form must be signed and your photo included.
Your online application for the Jharkhand Post-Matric Scholarship will thereafter be complete.

- Visit the Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority, and Backward Class Welfare Department’s e-Kalyan website.
- Click the “Scholarship Registration” link located at the top of the homepage.
- To begin the registration process, choose “Register/Sign up.
- To register, candidates must submit their personal information.
- Using their login information, the student can complete and submit the online scholarship application.
- After that, click “Apply Online” to complete the remaining fields.
- Choose the scholarship category and finish the application.
- Upload only the necessary files in the approved format.
- Select “Submit” from the menu.
For all future purposes, the completed form must be stored in printed form.
