The scholarships, which were started in 1902 following Cecil Rhodes’s death, enable deserving students to attend Oxford University from nineteen nations on five continents.

Every year, thirty-two American Rhodes Scholars are chosen. Rhodes Scholars have the option of pursuing a higher degree or a second bachelor’s degree.

To apply for the Rhodes Scholarship, prospective candidates must schedule a private counseling session with Alicia Hayes, the school representative.
