Mukhyamantri Balak/Balika Protsahan Yojana (10th Passed)
The candidates must have received a 1st or 2nd division in the Bihar School Examination Board’s matriculation test (BSEB).
Mukhyamantri Kanya Uthan Yojana
The Bihar School Examination Board’s intermediate exam must have been passed by the candidates.
Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana
Applicants must have graduated from constituent or connected degree colleges/institutions within the state, or have earned an equivalent degree.
Mukhyamantri Medhavriti Inter SC/ST Scholarship
Only female SC and ST students who received first- or second-class results in their intermediate examination from the Bihar School Examination Board are qualified.

Steps to Apply Online for The Scholarship
- Eligible students must register using the NIC-developed Medha Soft portal at https://medhasoft.bih.nic.in to apply for the scholarship.
- Following a successful registration, the student’s registered email address and mobile number will be used to receive a user ID and password, which will be delivered following verification of the data they submitted.
- Upon obtaining the login credentials, the student can access the portal, fill out the application, and verify their status.
- Recall that the bank account utilized for the application must be in the name of the qualified student and must be managed at any Bihar-based branch of an India Post Payment Bank, Nationalized Bank, or a Recognized Private Bank.
- The deadline for eligible students to apply for the scholarship program is May 31, 2024.
